If you are looking for something easy to make for a light supper that doesn't heat up the kitchen, look no further. Ingredients 1 lb cooked shrimp, thoroughly drained, halved if large 3 hard boil eggs, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped 1 small onion, grated 1 small lemon, juiced Approx 1/2 c light mayo Approx 1/4 c ketchup Mix grated onion and lemon juice in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
